These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the atm88 platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bet or wager.

atm88 strictly prohibits use by any person under 21 years of age. Identity verification is mandatory for all account holders.
Each individual may hold only one atm88 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of balances.
atm88 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where abuse, collusion, or manipulation of games is identified.
All atm88 account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
All atm88 promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the relevant offer. Bonus terms are binding.
Members are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their atm88 login credentials and all activity under their account.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By clicking "Register", "Sign Up", "Login", or by accessing or using any part of the atm88 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the atm88 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform.

2.3 atm88 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
3.1 To be eligible to register and maintain an account with atm88, you must:
3.2 atm88 will request documentary proof of age and identity (MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued identification) before processing any withdrawal. Accounts where age or identity cannot be satisfactorily verified will be suspended.
3.3 If atm88 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member is underage, the account will be immediately suspended. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be voided and deposits returned to the payment source where possible.
4.1 Each individual may register only one atm88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by a single person — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian residential address, and valid contact details. You are obliged to update your account details promptly if any information changes.
4.3 atm88 account credentials (username and password) are strictly personal. You must not share, transfer, or disclose your atm88 login credentials to any third party. atm88 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
4.4 atm88 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
5.1 All deposits to your atm88 account must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Accepted payment methods include Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, FPX, Touch n Go eWallet, and Boost.
5.2 The minimum deposit to an atm88 account is RM 20. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing thresholds are published on the atm88 platform and may be updated from time to time.
5.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods in your own name that have been previously used for deposits, subject to successful KYC verification. atm88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 atm88 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. While atm88 targets an average processing time of under 15 minutes, actual processing times may vary due to banking system delays, compliance checks, or high-volume periods. atm88 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
5.5 Funds deposited to atm88 accounts are not entitled to interest and are held separately from atm88's operating funds. However, atm88 does not represent that member funds are held in segregated accounts in the manner prescribed for regulated financial institutions.
6.1 atm88 offers various promotions, bonuses, cashback schemes, and loyalty rewards to its members. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all atm88 bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 atm88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and to void bonus funds or associated winnings if atm88 determines that a Member has abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer.
6.4 Bonuses are issued for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts.
7.1 All bets placed on atm88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, league, or casino game. Game-specific rules are published within the relevant product section of the atm88 platform.
7.2 A bet is confirmed only once atm88's systems have accepted it and a bet reference number has been issued. atm88 shall not be liable for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues, system errors, or player-side technical failures.
7.3 In the event of a palpable error in odds (including manifestly incorrect or "malfunctioned" odds significantly deviating from the true market price), atm88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the Member's account.
7.4 atm88 operates a maximum payout policy. Single bet and daily aggregate payout limits are published within the sportsbook and casino sections of the platform and apply regardless of the nominal winnings of any individual bet.
7.5 All live casino game results recorded by the studio provider's systems are final. In the event of a dispute between the displayed result on a Member's screen and the result recorded on the studio's server, the studio server record shall be authoritative.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the atm88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the atm88 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any atm88 content.
10.1 atm88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an atm88 account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 atm88 may share Member data with third-party payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services where necessary for the operation of the platform. atm88 will not sell Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
11.1 The atm88 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. atm88 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities, and excludes all such warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, atm88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 atm88's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit atm88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12.1 atm88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Members must be 21 years of age or older. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income.

13.1 atm88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
13.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, atm88 reserves the right to retain any balance pending the conclusion of any investigation or legal proceedings. In cases of termination without cause, any legitimate account balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method.
13.3 Members may close their atm88 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure will be processed within 5 business days, subject to outstanding KYC requirements.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through the atm88 internal dispute resolution process by contacting atm88 support.
14.2 All decisions made by atm88 regarding the interpretation or application of these Terms, including decisions relating to game results, bonus eligibility, and account status, shall be final and binding subject to any applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.
15.1 atm88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via registered email address or via a prominent notice on the atm88 platform prior to the change taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the atm88 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the atm88 platform and may close your account as provided in Section 13.3.
